Dr Brown is a great Doctor, she is smart, thorough and compassionate. She helped me a great deal with my Crohn’s disease, amongst other things. Her office staff is very helpful and friendly. Manuela is a the desk in her Nutley NJ office and Marcella is her nurse. Both very good at getting information and relaying information. Highly recommend
Dr Brown is an amazing provider, she listens and takes exceptional care of her patients. Staff is very welcoming.
This doctor is not professional at all. Kept me waiting for an hour without a reason. For any question, she says don't know; as an OB/GYN, it's her responsibility to answer patients' questions. I wonder how good clinics like OB GYN East Brunswick market such irresponsible doctors. She kept me waiting even to get a small prescription order. Filed a verbal complaint, and the OB doesn't want to take a formal written complaint. If my concerns are not heard, I wish to change hospitals. My first visit did not get off to the best start due to an unexpected delay, and I left feeling frustrated. However, the office reached out to me afterward, and I agreed to return. From the moment Dr. Jennifer Brown walked into the room, she sincerely and profusely apologized for my initial experience.
