The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The office was easy enough to find. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
