Awful is not even the right word. I called her and left a message seeking a therapist and finding the right fit. She calls me back and says I only have a 1 minute and wanted to call you back. If you want call me back and leave a voicemail with details of your needs and I will call you back if we will work! WHAT!! Why should I explain my issues over a recorded voicemail?
