I went here since I moved to Ky but this time I tryed called several times they did not pick up the call and finally they picked up and told me that since it’s been 1 years you have to start with new patients appointments which I couldn’t get it until while and then you insurance when told them about it they we only take this insurance with current patients for new patients they don’t take it so they really don’t care about patients they care about their money.
Called this place for a new dentist for my children. 1. Can’t get me in till MID SEPTEMBER!! Holy Hannah!!! Just need school exams done! 2. Hung up on before they even said hello the first time I called. Won’t be trying to get into this place. Saw they had good reviews and 5 stars. Hopping I found a good dentist in Louisville for my kids. I was wrong. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
I can't say enough good things about this practice!! We love Dr.Jenna & her staff. My son (who is only 4) LOVES going to the dentist!! If you need a good pediatric dentist, look no further...
OMG!!!! I can not say enough nice things about this place and the staff. We came here for a second opinion because Kids Dentist Tree said my daughter magically developed 5 cavities. After coming here, she had ZERO, with just one spot we need to watch. It was such a relief. They were accommodating, friendly, and the office is clean. Not to mention they have a sweet video game setup, in the Lobby to occupy kids while they wait. My daughter loved the experience. So grateful that we came here and found this dentist.
My daughter had a very traumatic experience with her previous dentist and was terrified to go to the dentist again. Dr Jenna Schulten and her staff were so caring and understanding, they allowed my daughter to trust her dentist! For that, I'm grateful, and will never go to another dentist office again.
