Everyone is so nice there. I recommend them all the time to people. Keep up the good work! You all are very polite, attentive & very nice. Just wish you took my insurance.
0 Stars - worst customer service ever. Sent a bill to me 5 years later for $20.00. I haven't heard a thing from them in years. Plus they only used my medical insurance and not my vision insurance. Nothing I can do to go back to my insurance company almost 5 years later.
Dr. Jenkins is a great optometrist. He takes the time to explain everything happening with your eyes and provides recommendations.
I enjoy having Dr. Jenkins as my doctor. We will miss him once he leaves at the end of the year. I wish him well in his retirement. Thank you for all the years of service.
