Probably the best doctor you could ever get for a mommy and baby
Dr. Ward is hands down the best doctor! She is just so caring and knowledgeable! The only thing negative I have to say about her office is the front desk girl; Laura. This front receptionist is extremely rude! Even if I go in being in a good mood and am real nice, she still acts stuck up and rude...like she just does not want to be there. All the other office staff are great.
This one star is for the office staff only. Dr. Ward is wonderful. My first pregnancy I had with her back in 2018 was completely different and such a better experience. She had more staff. I tried my hardest and compromise with Covid going on and their protocol. I am the easiest going person you’re going to meet. This star is for the office staff. I showed up today for my appointment. I made this appointment in Oct , told the receptionist IN OCTOBER when I made my appointment that I would have to bring my daughter. I told her so , I would know if I shoukd wait to book app. I get there and the receptionist (who did not make appointment) said I couldn't have her there . Although we were BOTH wearing a mask.
