Front desk staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. My son had an appointment on Dec 29 2021 at 1:00 for dentistry pre checkup. We arrived in the parking lot at 12:55 as per the instructions and we couldn’t get any answer for 20 minutes of continuous calls from the parking lot, to let us in. The Spanish guy at the front desk instead of apologizing, he was very aggressive and complaining about how busy they are. He didnt even know the purpose of our visit. He is very kind, caring with the children, he listens to the parents and children. I am with him for almost 8 years now. He is awesome.
Five stars!!! since 2008 I appreciate their job; my two children get good care always. Their staff has been so professional thank you so much.
