I will remove this once this gets fixed, but I’ve seen this doctor twice and every time she’s been severely behind. I am currently sitting at an hour past my appointment time waiting for her to come back to talk to me. I do not recommend, I’m probably going to find a different PCP if she cannot be on time. She also forgot to send my meds to the pharmacy.

I am adding this to both google listings to warn people about the staff. Never got past the office staff trying to setup an appointment. Super muffled, if you wear a headset or hold a receiver, I would imagine it's important for people to hear you. Apparently, she did something wrong because she started muttering, "I can't believe.....why did it do that....ugh..." Then, hung up on me after I gave my information. My husband had his first appt here last week. She was going to prescribe a med but never called it in. We called twice for follow up on it but have not heard back and it was never sent to pharmacy. It sets a very bad impression for a new patient.

The girls in office were so friendly and greeting me with a " good morning". The nurse was also so sweet. Dr. Buchan was a breath of fresh air! She is so lovely and attentive. So patient and easy to communicate with, like" really.. actually listened to me and covered everything🙂 And very prompt and professionally wrote me 2 referrals that I needed too, Thank you . She's my new PCP!
