Dr. Wang has been an excellent doctor for my entire family for the past decade. I highly recommend him.
I kept putting off writing this review, hoping that over time things would improve. Unfortunately, it didn't happen so. Dr. Wang needs to do something about the work performance of his secretary Mabel. She does not listen or hear the patient. She is constantly arguing. She is dismissive. She always has the same answers prepared in advance for all questions, interrupting constantly. It is practically impossible to talk to her on the phone without losing patience and raising a voice. Dr. Wang is really excellents but appointments system is too bad, very long waiting list, we have to wait for more the 10 months to get an appiintment, longer the waiting than for the specialist!!! Anf if you miss your appointment for any reason the charge $50, althogh we didn't see her for al.ost 18 months because she is unavailable.
Dr. Wang has been my family physician for 20 years. He is an excellent doctor and always knows what is needed for my family and I.
