Next step peds is an amazing practice and I have been taking my son since birth to see Dr. Lancer and Dr. Bucci, and now my 10 month old sees various np and Dr. Lancer. I chose to not let my 10 month old since birth see Dr. Bucci due to the misdiagnoses of my son when he was 5. Then I decided to give him another chance that being o genuinely liked the practice. We love Dr. Bucci and the staff! Always so accommodating and always responds with any concerns.
I really wish I can give 0 star Bucci just say anything and the easiest thing to get you out room everything is cold releated you can go in with a blood clot.. oh it probably coming down with a cold.. I'm done here
Dr. Bucci is fantastic. As first time parents we feel so lucky that he is our son’s pediatrician, he takes our concerns seriously, has a great sense of humor and is kind. The office staff is thoughtful, they also take our concerns seriously- have allowed us to bring our infant in same day of concern. The office uses a portal for messaging and appointment related services- it’s easy to use and I am always impressed with how quickly they respond as they are a busy practice.
