Unfortunately, my experience with this ENT office was poor from the beginning. They repeatedly claimed they hadn't received my child's referral even though our doctor's office had fax confirmation, and then booked an appointment by voicemail without even asking if the date and time worked for us. The receptionist was rude from the very first hello, constantly interrupted me, and had absolutely no people skills. Took them 6 months to reach out to me just for get my septum checked. I had my clinic consultation about this in January and was contacted at the beginning of June. I was never sent me an email or anything like that to let me know when my actual appointment would be. They called me randomly one day I could barely hear the receptionist as she was whispering and their phone line was crackling. I swear the receptionist told me 11:30am was the appointment.
