I think he is professional; however my issue was outside of UCSF’s expertise; he respected my wish to see a different provider. I did not find him dismissive but he did not know the details of my issue.
Dr. Jeffery Ralph has been one of the only doctors I’ve had who is actually reliable and professional. I really appreciate him, especially after all the bad experiences I’ve had with Partnership HealthPlan and some of my local providers and their so-called “quality of care.” Professor Ralph far exceeds anything my local providers call quality care. Dr Ralph was amazing. He listened, was kind, I left feeling like I was heard and respected. I don’t know what other people are saying as far as reviews, my experience was one of the best I’ve had with a doctor. And I have 3 neurologists I’m seeing for my issues.

I was nervous about being paired with him for my neurology video visit based on the reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review post visit based on my experience. I have seen probably dozens of doctors at this point for a mystery condition that has been plaguing me for 5-7 years (I’ve literally lost count.)
