dr. Sorensen is excellent
I've had old doctors in the past who disregard new science and just go with the old ways so being a young doctor is something I appreciate about Dr. Sorensen. Dr. Sorensen is very personable, knowledgeable, and had my best interest at the forefront. I also appreciate that they use the SCL health app and if I ever have a question about a health concern, I can send him a message and he answers very quickly with instruction and answers. Highly recommend Dr. Sorensen.
I want to share my experience with Dr. Sorensen since it's at odds with the only other 2 reviews on here. Dr. Sorensen has been my PCP for about a year and a half. During that timeframe, I've been to see him at his office three times and dealt with his office over the phone a couple times. The office move was clearly communicated to me beforehand, and I was reminded of it again right before my first visit to the new office. He is very very knowledgeable! I had two problems for many years and no any doctor can find it! He is young but very smart and again knowledgeable! He found my both problems in the first appointment! He also very nice and kind! He listened very carefully about whatever I said! He SAVED MY LIFE! Thank you so much Dr. Sorensen! You are the best!
I scheduled an appointment for 6/12/2019 and showed up to the office on time, only to notice a piece of notebook paper taped to the front door that said their office moved to a different address on 6/7/2019. The address was 10 minutes away (at least) in traffic. Considering I took off the morning to make the appointment, this is an extremely frustrating level of service and shows lack of compassion.
