I love Crossroads Medical Group because of the convenience. They have an office locally in White House where I can schedule appointments and they have the walk-in clinic where I can go anytime even on the weekends!
My wife had a bad gal blade and after 6 weeks of seeing Jordan she went to another Dr. With just one visit to the other Dr she was diagnosed and surgery was performed. My main complaint with Jordan is on one of her visits after vomiting in a trash can in his office he told my wife "he didn't think she was really that sick." After that comment I tried to get Jordan to call me and explain his comment but he didn't have the courtesy to give me a call after several attempts. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Jordan is an excellent doctor! Went to see him and his staff last year and I was very satisfied. The staff is polite and helpful. Definitely recommend seeing him or any of the practitioners in the office.
Dr. Jordan has great bedside manor and very personable.
Dr. Jordan is caring and fast! He is very knowledgeable when it comes to patient care. His office has been treating me for years and I have not had a complaint yet!
