I was a patient of Dr. Felters years ago in Newburyport, Massachusetts. He is a self important, dismissive, man with terrible female patient manners. I had been in severe pain, far exceeding the number 10 on the medical pain scale for 3 or 4 years. Tried every opiate available to no avail.
