The people at Haslam Dental are very professional and care about their patients. The staff is very friendly. I had to have full dental implants and am very pleased with the results. They took their time to make sure every step in the process was explained and that I was okay.
Dr. Haslam is impeccable. He is extremely talented. He came highly recommended by a friend and she was right! I am very happy with my smile now and feel that my dental health has improved greatly! I am honestly very happy with Dr. Haslam as my new dentist.
My cleaning went great today. My hygienist was friendly and gave worthwhile recommendations for making my dental hygiene better in the future.
Terrible privacy practices; they don't seek permission before performing expensive services; and do not respect your wishes with how you want to pay. Haslam's office openly discussed uncomfortable health decisions in the lobby with other patients hearing. The hygienist, loud and overbearing, repeatedly quizzed me and then asked the exact same questions to my son, a minor. Highly inappropriate. It was humiliating to have her blurt our private information and deny my requests in front of all.
His office staff are great except for one hygienist and Dr. Haslam, who is not professional. He has poor people skills and made up lies about how nitrous works. He crossed boundaries with me and I feel judged and ridiculed because he refused to give my children nitrous oxide for their teeth cleanings. He and the hygienist do not understand patient confidentiality and discussed this matter publicly; it was humiliating.A different patient said he gives her kids valium, a controlled narcotic.
