I saw Dr. Giuliani back in 2020, when I was 28, for chronic hip pain due to FAI and a torn labrum that had developed while I was in the Army. I just had a total shoulder replacement with Dr Jiuliani. From the outset his approach was very welcoming of questions and his answers were straight and satisfying. His evaluation was thorough and his recommendations were spot on, no hesitation and no loose ends. After surgery he checked on me personally although it was on a weekend, and when I had issues he was quick to respond. His bedside manners are friendly and pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Giuliani performed my surgery December 2020 for a labral tear. My surgery was not successful at all. My pain spread from my hip to my entire right side including my hip, back, leg, and foot. I understand that some surgeries are not successful based on various factors. However, Dr. Giuliani’s post care was inconsiderate and dismissive. Each visit was about 5-10 minutes long at best. I went to Dr. Giuliani's office on 9/30/24 I had a 8:15 am appointment of which I arrived 15 minutes early for and waited for over 30 minutes with no response from his staff at all...very unprofessional. After waiting and asking what is going on I was simply told they were busy...isn't this fresh when they tell you this...like our time is not important? I walked out!
