Dr. Guttman IS the best. I saw him today and he told me he has been having issues on and off with answering services and was not happy to hear that I too had issue. I was able to make the appointment online without the need to call in so there are options to avoid the call issues. It is sad to see low star reviews for a doctor everyone thinks is excellent.
Dr. Guttman is fantastic, it is the admin side of his office that is lack luster. They are either incompetent or just don’t want to do their jobs. Joanna or whoever runs the office never picks up the phone. Been waiting at Lenox Hill for hours to get an MRI because the office has not sent a script when I was told it was being done 4 days ago.
