Dr. Greer conveyed an incredible amount of valuable information to me, much of it from a preventative perspective. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, his insights, and his suggestions.
Dr. Greer has been my primary care physician for many years. There isn't just one visit that stands out. He is very thorough and has done more to explain my medical issues than any other doctor I've seen. He doesn't hesitate to contact other doctors (I have to see a few specialists) to coordinate the best care possible for me. Upon my first meeting with Dr. Carleton, it was clear he hadn't read my notes. The nurses routinely come into the examining room without so much as an introduction before launching into vitals. They don’t do standard things like confirm my medicines. When I go for a shot, no one acknowledges my presence. I offer my name, only to be told some version of “I know who you are.” I once watched an elderly woman pushing a wheelchair with another elderly woman struggle to get through a door. Dr. Adams has been our primary care physician for almost 20 years. Always takes time to listen to our concerns. Lately however getting an appointment with her is very difficult and we usually have to see the Nurses Assistant, six months to get a appointment for a physical kind of defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician
She is kind compassionate and cares for her patients. She has nothing to do with billing information so whatever cost you get take it up with the BILLER. cough last commenter. Do people not understand how insurance works?
I have chronic back pain and this in-person visit was stressful for me. They did nothing to examine me in person so it could have been virtual. I felt like I was educating the doctor on my conditions rather than vice versa. It's ableist and cruel to force someone with pain and mobility issues to go through this.
Dr.Greer has been taking care of my family since his first days at Midlothian Family Practice? Dr. Greer seeks to find the cause before he prescribes the cure. He is an amazing physician. I truly feel Dr. Greer gave my husband two more years of life and has taken care of me as if I am a member of his family. He is always available when most need him. Also, he is kindness personified while always remaining professional. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jeffrey Greer.
What’s stood out most at this visit were how he took the time to listen to my concerns and tried to find solutions and treatments to my concerns.
