The doctor visit was fine but they will not give you your PD unless you buy frames from their in house shop. $325 to get the prescription wasn’t enough, you have to spend another $420 in their store.
Entire operation is first class... Support staff very courteous and well -trained... Dr. Perlman very professional, courteous and competent... Could use more patient parking...
The office is very efficient and well run. Waiting time was reasonable. Dr. Perlman was thorough and explained everything very clearly. He was amenable to questions and made sure you understood the answer. Highly recommend!!
I thought that Dr. Perlman gave me time and directed me properly to find out what the problem is with my eye but his office is another story. I had a couple of questions. I called several times and the person that answered kept transferring me to different desks. I never got to speak with anyone! I am not willing to wait 24-48 hours for a “ call back”.
