not only did his glaucoma shunt procedure which had opened prematurely result in a macular pucker, i recently learned after years later that my optic nerve was partially damaged resulting in the loss of 80% of my vision. he is my worst nightmare. his office is run a cattle farm. stay away from this man. he is lucky i have not retaliated.
my visits are brief and to the point...he checks to make sure how you ate healing after surgery.
Dr. Liebmann has a great way of explaining complicated issues to patients. He is caring and has a calm and compassionate demeanor. He also is clearly an expert in his field. I am very grateful for his care.
Dr. Liebmann is a fine ophthalmologist, but his office is not able to handle medical renewal requests and it is not possible to get a call back from a clinically trained individual even when urgent. After many years going to him and being satisfied with his medical service to me, I will have to change my choice of physicians and I can no longer handle the numerous and time consuming issues I have with his phone staff.
Dr. Jeffrey Liebmann is a superb, reassuring surgeon. I never for once doubted that I was in the best hands for my eye surgeries that have been ever so successful.
Dr. Liebmann is a terrific doctor, but his office is the most poorly-run operation of any medical office that I have ever experienced. When you try to make an appointment, you are put on hold indefinitely. There is no online portal to make an appointment. When you have an appointment time, you are made to wait for an hour after that time. Clearly he and his staff have no idea how to run a practice efficiently and in a manner that respects the patient's time.
I used to bring my daughter to Dr Liebmann many years ago. We feel very confident in his care and always appreciate his professionalism.
Dr Liebman has been treating me for glaucoma and is doing An excellent job in stabilizing my vision. In my view, he is the best ophthalmologist in the NY metropolitan area. He is a brilliant doctor and an expert surgeon. He takes excellent care of his patients. He is also down to earth and completely responsive to any questions. I give him the highest possible recommendation and very glad I am his patient.
Dr Liebman is exceedingly competent and a caring physician. He operated on me and stabilized my glaucoma. I travel in from NJ and it is worth the trip. He is at the top of his profession yet down to earth. He explains eye issues well, and he ranks number one among the doctors I have visited. Great doctor!
