I have worked with a wide variety of psychiatrists over the last 20 years. Dr. Benzick is far above all of them. There's a somewhat cliche saying, "Nobody cares how much you know unless they know how much you care." I don't have enough superlatives to describe how much Dr. Benzick both knows and cares. By client referrals have been so blessed by the opportunity to see him.
I had almost given up on myself and decided that depression/PTSD won by dictating who I was as a person. After ridding myself of naysayers and careful consultation with Dr. Google, I decided in addition to an effective therapist I needed a psychiatrist on board.I was tired of trauma's choke hold on my happiness! Any M.D. is smart and saves lives. Dr. B works. He cares and he's available in person and by email, and cost me lots less than even a weekend drinking habit in more ways than one. With him, I get through tougher times in much better shape now than I could before.
Dr Benzick truly saved my life. Those who know me understand what I mean. He is so dedicated and caring. He was a God send to me and he knows how grateful my family and I are to him. Insurance coverage or not, I wouldn't change to someone else if my life depended on it, and actually, it would. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Dr. Jeffrey M. Benzick is honest, level headed, great to talk to, and is in the profession that he loves. I go to this doctor because I can understand him, we need more like him. The information he provides is memorable and to the point, he has help me live a healthier life with my ADD. I do not mind paying his rate because he is worth it. My question is "can you get an appointment?" his schedule is mostly full.
