Dr Stein is a real pro.. Staff is always on point.. he took the time to talk to me about my health and the procedures and protocol to keep my health up and my life long! Easy to schedule appointments, no time in the waiting room and everyone who works at the office is top notch. I LIKE to go to my doctor ;-)
Been going to Dr. Stein for 20 years, since I moved to the Boca area. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and care he has shown me over the years. I have recently had 2 kidney stone attack’s that forced me to go to the emergency room. He phoned ahead and instructed the ER doctors. They were expecting me and I felt very comfortable knowing my doctor was involved. Each time these attacks happened on the weekend, which shows how much care he has for his patients. I rccomend him highly!
Dr Stein cares about his patient's and makes sure that they receive the best care possible.
I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. I showed up on time as a new patient for an appointment. The registration was very quick, because I'd submitted my info online via ZocDoc. However, after 30 minute wait in the reception area + a 30 minute wait in the room, I left the office. How could anyone work with a doctor who so clearly demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of customer care and relationships, and who thinks nothing of the impression he creates by keeping a new customer waiting
Not focused on my current medical issues. Didn't spend much time. Really didn't seem to care.
Very simply he doesn’t listen, asks questions that are not relevant. Stay away. Won’t return phone calls.
Would never recommend him nor will I ever go back. Dr Stein is rude and demeaning. The staff there is very nice but not organized nor very knowledgeable. I went for two office visits within the year giving him a second chance. He proved me right . Never again !!

I went to this doctor looking for a family MD, my doctor went concierge, so I could no longer go. The day of the appointment the receptionist gave me a booklet to fill out on my Medical information. Finally I see the doctor he never examined me all he do was ask the questions I already filled out. I keep telling him I am a cancer patient and I need my physical can you please read the information, and send me for blood test. He took 10 min with me and told me to book another appointment. NO GOOD
