The Dr is alright but the receptionist is very rude
Dr Engleman himself is an amazing doctor that I had been seeing for years. Unfortunately his receptionists especially the old one are extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that I cancelled a procedure with him and went elsewhere.
Im very grateful i was referred to Dr Engelman. Had my procedure this morning and was extremely nervous as have never had anaesthetic before, he and other staff were very reassuring so I am over my fear of hospitals and will never put off having treatment again..thank you
