Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution
