Dr. Ainspan is very kind, professional and patient. He really did a lot to ease my concerns and help me feel comfortable. I like his office staff and each one of the women I talked to on the phone were also very patient with me as I was anxious and talking too much. It was a very positive experience and I'm going to be sure to not wait so long next time to make my appointment for my routine check going forward.

I have an appointment for 3:30pm I arrived earlier than my appointment by a few hours hoping I could get seen. This is because as i explained i had to pick up my son at 4 and my husband had to go in for work today when it is normally his day off. So the receptionist said she would ask the dr. She did not pick up a phone nor did she move her her desk to ask the dr if it were possible. I waited 15 min in an empty office with only one old lady waiting to be seen. Dr.Ainspan is a great Dermatologist who is kind, knowledgeable, and never rushes his patients. However the staff surrounding him is a bit old-school and disorganized. I shouldn’t have to leave messages, and call and beg to get results from a biopsy only to never receive follow-up a month after testing. Although I’ve been going here several years I have to find a new dermatologist. I highly recommend the physician but can’t recommend getting treatment here. It’s just missing that 2019 feel.
