Dr. Kramer was unbelievably apathetic and rude. He laughed in my face at one point, when I was sharing medical concerns. He went out of his way to avoid answering any of my questions and referred me to a psychological pain program that I had already completed, less than 2 years prior. If you have chronic health issues, avoid this Dr. at all costs.
