I met with Dr. Chacko and his staff for pain management issues. Great staff, very efficient, pleasant, and accomodating. No wait at all. Acupuncturist and acupressurist also great. Currently, I am undergoing treatment. I can tell they both really know their stuff. Dr. Chacko is pleasant, listened to my concerns, his Associate Dr. Sonny is also very good. Saw Dr. Chacko several times over the course of 6 months. Kept bringing me back in for spinal injections and never even evaluated me with a good physical exam. 1 visit at another competent doctors office said all my pain was muscular. 3 weeks in good intense PT and I’m already back to being pain free! 6 months I can never get back, such a shame!

staff and DR. Chacko is very friendly, No wait time after he entered in my room discussed, my pain and immediately treated with proper diagnosis and I was out of pain.
I don't know how they do it but this office is run like a well-oiled machine. If there is a wait it is usually not long and the treatments are effective. Dr. Jeffrey is an asset and a gem, he really knows his stuff. The office staff are pleasant and accomodating. Great job everyone!

Dr Chacko is truly a great DR.. He is professional, and listen to the problems of the Patient and give the best remedy. He is prompt in his schedule and does not make us wait for long hours... I see some negative reviews about Dr. Chacko and i am shocked because he has been my pain management doctor for 4 years and he is wonderful. He never rushes through the appointments he listens and advises properly and shows genuine concern. I would recommend him with no hesitation.
Dr. J. Chacko is very insensitive to your pain and feelings. He does not spent time discussing test and other procedures. His diagnoses were 3 out of 4 wrong. He is only concern about money and his ego. I really don't understand how he got so many stars. He does not even deserve 1/2 of a star.
