On a fixed income I needed a four teeth permanent bridge so I really shopped . I saw Dr. Khin a NYU graduate and world class dentist. Period. The office manager Dez is a buzzsaw and I found her to be refreshing, but beware, the woman is all business . I am very pleased with my new bridge.
When no dentist would see me for a week due to not being "an established" patient, Dr Kate's office saw me right away. I came from urgent care with a broken tooth with nerve endings exposed. Very very painful. He was gentle and got it done quick. Downside was the girl at the check out desk. Very rude....argumentive about bill
I agree with another review about that VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL “girl at the desk” !!! Shonda is a very caring and she is definitely an asset:) The place didn’t seem very clean . Tim is great also.
Told my son he had 4 cavities, told me I had the exact same 4 teeth, told 3 other people in the waiting room the exact same thing. Too coincidental not to be scamming. We went to another dentist four a second opinion, zero cavities. This guy is a rip off!
Rude lady at front desk. No respect for anyone. Does not have people skills. Hearing her being so rude during phone conversation while waiting was very unprofessional. Need to get her out. Will not recommend anyone to visit Fairfield office.
went in for a complete upper and lower denture. was quoted 1095. price. after they lost my dentures for 3 weeks, i was called to come in for fitting. at that time i was told the price had doubled.. i will never go back there again. i had no insurance and had to pay this out of my poocket and on a fixed income that is hard pressed. not good service at all in my opinion.
We were stationed in Pensacola Florida years ago. My teeth were in bad shape. I had passed his office almost every day with that big tooth out front. Something kept drawing me so I went to Dr. Kates scared to death of dentist having had bad experiance's with dentist before as a child. My teeth were a mess. He worked with me, calmed my nerves and gased me, hahaha. He put me at ease with him and his staff were fantastic. Had my teeth fixed and every now again I call to say "hi".
