I will not lie to you when I first read the reviews I was worried to come to Dr. Elston. There are obviously a lot of poor reviews about his bedside manners, so I made it a point to accept that may be true. The truth is while that could use some work, he has impacted my life tremendously. I was in extremely rough shape and I was down to my last hope. I tried to give Dr. Elston the benefit of the doubt and was under his care for over a year before I found someone else. I saw his poor reviews online but was desperate for a diagnosis and to get my symptoms under control so I went to see him rather than doctors with better reviews and longer wait lists/demand. Pros: In my experience Dr. Elston investigated my symptoms, diagnosed me, and provided a standard treatment plan. I’m not really sure what people are on about with him and the employees being rude. He’s CYNICAL, and people like to consider that to be a negative quality. Yeah, sometimes he interrupts, and that’s an imperfection. BUT, he gets straight to the point, and he makes sure that he gets exactly the correct information. Did you expect a doctor to sugar coat your diagnosis and treatment? He cuts straight to the chase. That’s it. The lady at the front desk was also very kind.
