Dr. Hotaling and his office manager, Olivia, are awesome! He did an excellent job on my husband's surgery to remove lymph nodes from his neck. He explained the procedure well and everything went smoothly. Olivia is so helpful and understanding when scheduling appointments. Knowing that we were dealing with several doctor's appointments she gave us an appointment time but told us not to be stressed if we couldn't be there on time. Dr. Hotaling performed surgery on me for throat cancer. He did such a wonderful job that I am now cancer free! I will have to be checked periodically to be sure it hasn't returned but I'm so grateful that he was recommended to me. His bedside manner is over the moon and he will always be my hero. Rose Shaner
