staff and doctor very imformative. told exactly what was going to happen in every visit.Very friendly.
Dr. Hall is a highly talented hand surgeon, but he's also a gem of a human being. I got in the middle of a dog fight--and my hands were chewed up badly, but Dr. Hall took care of everything--and walked me through all the stages of healing. He was kind, funny, and patient throughout the process, and the outcome was terrific. His staff was excellent, too.
