Horrible service - they smugly demanded that I reschedule my 5:40pm appointment because the eye doctor is running late.Claiming we're supposed to show up 15 minutes early when none of the appointment texts and emails said anything about it. If you can't manage your appointments work overtime, dont send your customers packing after the battled traffic to get there.
What a welcoming office! Julie greeted me instantly and was so nice. Dr. Hagan gave me a thorough exam and spoke with me about my options. He took his time and never made me feel like he was rushing through. Then, Julie spent a good hour and a half with me trying on almost every frame they had there! I can't recommend this office enough. Truly wonderful!
