Due to my short cervix, I am being monitored for premature labor. My OB instructed me to go to Labor and Delivery to check if my cervix was opening. The doctor who was supposed to see me got called into emergency surgery, so Dr. Hagen took over.Dr. Hagen entered the room with an attitude that made it seem like attending to me was the most bothersome task of the day. Dr.hagen delivered my 3 girls LIKE A PRO..??????
He cut my c section back open in his office and my newborn was in the room it was staph infection from the hospital and he sent me over to the ER with me in a sheet and a newborn did not explain anything to me that was in 1988 I don't believe he was ever at JPS His credentials are sketchy I have been disfigured but my baby girl is fine I took one for my team
I had previously left a 1 star review. After voicing my complaint Dr. Hagen compassionately addressed all concerns and went above and beyond with additional testing, to confirm that I and baby are 100% okay. He was not going to let me leave the hospital until we all felt comfortable with doing so. I'm greatly appreciative of everything he has done to reassure me and my family. I would feel comfortable working with Dr. Hagen again in the future and communicating any concerns with him.
To put 1 star on this review is being generous. My daughter went to see him and he made her feel stupid for being there. She has been trying to get pregnant and some events made her feel like she was and all he could say is why are you here and wouldn't answer any of her questions. Maybe he think about doing something else.
This doctor is clearly only in it for the money. I had never felt so uncared for by any doctor. After only seeing him twice he recommended a total hysterectomy. I only had a pulled groin muscle! He just handed me hormones lie they were candy, and since then I found out how much hormones can damage your uterus. He needs to lose his license. He has a room full of patients who are in and out like cattle and cash register. I think I may have gotten lice there, it is so unclean. Do not go to him!
I think dr. Hagen treated me very good.when he's office was in Elgin, the girl who worked there already knew me,and always greeted me by my name.
Their Billing personnel who handles insurance claims is not knowledgeable of medical coding!!! Can't get it right how to process claim going to almost 90 days claim still cannot get the correct billing code for the insurance to process claim!!! It's causing me so much distress and very inconvenience!!!
