Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average

Very dissapointed. On a first visit didn't get cleaning although scheduled appointment for it. Receptionist was rude and "did me a favor" giving direction to their office. Turned out there are "so many" problems and "where have I been all these years" although have been regularly seeing good dentists. Bottom line - they are finding any possible way to get more out of you. not recommending him.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Dr. Fey and his staff were wonderful. The front office was very friendly. I did not have to wait to get called back. My hygienist explained in detail what she was going to be doing and gave me helpful information. Dr. Fey came in and did the exam. He was very thorough and informed me of my necessary treatment. Will definitely be back for future appointments.

No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider have bad breath? No I've never had any complaints Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

When I visited Cinco Ranch Dental I was very impressed with the way I was treated not only by the Doctor but by all his employees. I have been VERY satisfied with the quality of work by Dr. Fey and the friendliness of all his staff. I thoroughly enjoy talking to his employees each time I visit. The customer service and quality of work will always make me return a happy customer.
