Dr. Friedman is so patient and helpful in discussing care options. He provides several options, with good explanations, and gives me time to think about them. He definitely understand my concerns and what I'm trying to accomplish.

Navigating mastectomy and reconstruction is tough, but Dr. Jeffrey Friedman made it exceptional for me. Although Dr. Friedman seems to have many satisfied clients, this was not true in my case. A couple of weeks before my surgery, I overheard several women at a luncheon discussing how mediocre his facelifts were. I proceeded as planned but could not help feeling unnerved. I went to Dr. Friedman for a breast reduction in July 2020, and told him on three separate visits that I wanted a very small B cup. I showed him photos of myself from before menopause and said I wanted to look like that again. In the office and on the insurance petition, he estimated he'd remove 300g per breast, but the pathology report showed that he removed less than half that.
