Terrible experience with this dental office. I had called in advance to cancel my wife's appointment, but they ended up canceling my appointment instead — without informing me. I took time off work to attend, only to find out on the day of the appointment that it had been canceled. When I called to confirm, the front desk guy told me it was canceled, and instead of apologizing for their obvious mistake, he responded with attitude and zero accountability.
