I came to Dr Whitsett after going to Houston Eye Associates with my husband. I hated the “cattle car” way they shuffle you from one room to waiting, the next room to wait etc. And now Whitsett office is doing the same thing. I was there for over 2 hours for a routine appointment. Very disappointed.
