Tuesday, April 9, 2024 I had a 8:45am appointment with Dr. Berkley to have my wisdom tooth removed. I arrived at 8:45am to fill out paperwork and consent forms. I told them that my Dental insurance was Delta and that they do not give out cards. I was referred to them by my primary dentist office which they were fully aware of two months prior from this appointment today. I have had two implants done by Dr. Berkley. He is an amazing oral surgeon. My implants were done 5 years and 2 years ago and both feel and look like my own teeth. Work is impeccable.
Careless and rude
The office staff was very rude and unprofessional. I could literally hear them talk about a patient in the waiting room. Every time the phone rang, they would scoff or swear even. I waited for an hour and twenty minutes to be seen for a wisdom teeth extraction consultation. The day of the surgery, they fought with me saying I didn’t agree to nitrous gas even though I had a signed form consenting to it. Very poor service from dr. Berkley. Received substandard care. Terrible communication and I would not recommend this office. Bedside manner and the entire practice is really poor.
