Dr. Marotte is a kind and caring physician and is very knowledgeable in his field.
To the point, factual, good first visit
Poor communication by the office staff on why the wait times were extended. Several PT’s inquired with receptionists as to when they would be seen. Dr Marotte, while kind, showed no empathy for the wait times for all PT’s. Thus far, the care provided is good. Lack of caring for other peoples schedules & lives needs to be remedied ASAP!
I went in with a sensitive and frankly embarrassing issue.The staff up front were a joy and I would give them five stars, in fact I would give everyone but the doctor himself five stars. I hate to say it and almost wish this review was only seen by staff and not public,but the doctor I would give only one star.I felt rushed, awkward, embarrassed, and like my questions were stupid. Dr. Diaz was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Instantly made me feel comfortable. Did a great job of taking time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend him. The staff was also very friendly, courteous, and professional. A great team of professionals.
Dr. Diaz if very professional. Found the problem set up surgery and completed the surgery in a good time schedule.
Dr Marotte is very friendly and answered all of my questions. He found my problem with little effort and I am looking forward to my treatment. I am very pleased with his professionalism and the office staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Dr. He never introduced himself, he never asked any questions about symptoms, previous medications, or took the time to listen to my concerns. He interrupted me on several occasions, and barely made eye contact. He had not reviewed my chart, which he carried in with him. I filled out a pre-appointment paperwork that told previous history, and symptoms, none of which was discussed.
