Worst experience of my life! He didn’t pay attention or listen to me when I kept saying, “ouch”…”oh you’re fine, open up wider” he’d say. He wouldn’t stop talking to his helper..I heard all about food, trips, husbands, the embarrassing video kochevar has of his helper on his phone, etc...it really couldn’t have been anymore unprofessional. I LOVE Dr Kochevar and his staff. They are so kind and polite. I have a HUGE fear of needles. Dr Kochevar was very understanding of that. He joked around with me, listened to my concerns and fears and got me through it. (Of course, the gas helped. Lol) He's better, gentler with the needle than anyone I've been too. ANd I've been to a LOT of dentists. I highly recommend Dr Kochevar. In my opinion, he's the best in the business. Scheduling was simple. They let me do the paperwork online, prior to the appt. Went in for a couple of root canals, after the first one I had a lot of pain and on my second appointment told him of the issues I was having which he said was normal. He performed the second root canal and I was scheduled to go out of town for a couple of months, pain was so bad after a week or so had to go to an out of state dentist in which both teeth he worked on needed additional work, one another root canal and the other had to be pulled. I spend over $2,000.00 for nothing.
My wife had a root canal several years ago from Kochevar Endodontics and had very good experience so when I ended up needing to have a root canal retreatment, I decided to go with Dr. Jeffrey B. Kochevar. Comparing his work and the overall experience at Kochevar with my initial root canal done a couple of years ago by another dentist, it was a night and day difference. Dr. Kochevar is very good at what he does and really takes the time to make sure that it is done right. He's a very good Dr.
