I saw Dr Casamento Sept 2023 and found him to be very polite, informative and thorough. He took time to explain everything and asked me often if I understood or had any questions. When I tell people of my condition I always tell them I really liked the Dr (how kind he was and explained everything) and if they need a urologist someday I would recommend him.
Worst medical experience I've had. Dr. Casamento was not polite, kind of patient. He seemed rushed and dismissive- which is really not what is needed when seeing a doctor who practices this senstive area of medicine especially. I started to ask a question and just a couple words in, he cut me off and said "I am not interested in finding causes of medical problems". What? If you're looking for someone who will listen, empathize and try to help, look elsewhere
