I’ve seen Dr. Butler for years. He has been great throughout my weird autoimmune disease process. I’m so sad he is retiring.
Dr. Butler is a very thorough and caring doctor. I appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood everything he was doing to confirm my diagnosis and make sure we were on the correct path for treatment. I never felt rushed to get through the appointment, he always gave me time to ask any questions, and made sure I had paperwork to explain any medications he wanted to try. I am so happy to have him as my doctor.
I have seen Dr. Butler several times now and he has been extremely helpful. I have been very pleased with his staff and this office as a whole. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Butler is helpful, caring and I greatly appreciate his staff.
I am beyond grateful for Dr. Butler. I have seen him for several years and he is the kindest MD I have worked with. He is compassionate, listens, and answers all of my questions. His staff is also so amazing!
Doctor Butler is an excellent Doctor in 2016 I move to Spokane WA from Texas because of Lupus I had a huge flare up that i was on the border of dying. Doctor Butler and my kidney Doctor work together to keep me alive. In Texas the Doctors told my husband to take me home to die. I am very Bless to have Doctor Butler he is very caring and cautious. he does cares a lot about his patience. I am strong now and healthy and no one can believe it.
I saw Dr. Butler a few years ago and was diagnosed with a rare, barely researched auto immune disease. I waited almost 2 hours for my appointment and he immediately wanted to give me an injection into a joint to help with pain. He told me absolutely nothing about it or possible side effects and I felt extremely pressured into the procedure just minutes after being clinically diagnosed. I was crying and he stood there with the syringe needle saying nothing, and only when his medical student gave me a tissue did I feel like an... read more
His arrogance and sheer uncaring for his patience is appalling. Dr. Butler dismissed anything that you as a patient tell him. He does not believe that you are in pain when you tell him and will call you crazy even though your test results show otherwise. Due to other circumstances I will be reporting him to medical board.
High level of arrogance. Immediately put me on hard core meds that only made things worse. Cancelled on my second appointment a day before - after waiting 6 months, and booked me out another 6 months. His staff mis-diagnosed a partially collapsed lung. He had a receptionist call me and tell me about a CT Scan result - and that she had to Google the results and forgot but would google it again for me. Unbelievable.
