NO STARS!!!!! Unfortunately I can not post with out a star. Horrible, they bill individual for a global procedure. The ongoing procedure was not even resolved. They're not nice, very greedy and did not help us medically. I read the poor reviews before we went but they were so close. I'll never do that again. Going to Metropolital Dermotology now in South Plainfield. They're excellent.
The worst walk in welcome I've ever seen. You don't need to see the doctors to know how bad it is to be here. The moment you walk in you will find out from the receptionist attitude.
Terrible service, kept telling me the IPLEDGE system is not "working", I couldn't pick up my accutane one month after my blood test(I check at the pharmacy every week and called the office several times). Now I have to do the blood test again because the prescription expired. Waste of my life.
The office is very unorganized. Every time I go in they have me wait over an hour and a half because they made two different charts for me. When I say every time I mean every single time... they tell me one thing but never follow through. They’re physician assistant Lisa is probably one of the worst PAs I’ve met which is quite upsetting since I am pursueing the same field.
