Administration staff Brittney is great at what she does. Please demeanor and such kindness & compassion. Dr. FIALKOV on the other hand created a botched job. Yes, I was a great patient with no complaining until now. Another Dr asked me who did the work. I needed to be honest. I had a great surgeon who worked on me prior. As he now works at Sick Kids Hospital, the kids are very blessed.. thank goodness 🙏💚
A really good doctor and a down to earth guy. I went in for functional septohinoplasty and everyone was great. The doctor and his whole team were really easygoing and extremely professional. Dr. Fialkov asks detailed questions and actually listens to your answers. The procedure was quite recent. It's still early on in the recovery process, but the signs are promising.

I have good experience with Dr. Fialkov who did upper and lower eyelid surgeries on me. It took 10 years off my age. Couldn’t be any better. Dr. Fialkov’s bedside manners and his staff manners were all awesome.
Dr. Fialkov is a wonderful surgeon, I am from Ottawa and would drive those 5 hours to Toronto any day to have him operate on me. I have a cleft palate and in 2016 a surgeon operated on me performing a rhinoplasty with a rib graft, a surgery that this surgeon was absolutely unqualified for. The surgery left me in the most unbearable pain with absolutely no results. My breathing (due to a deviated septum had even worsened after surgery).
