Rushed and uninformative follow up to a broken ankle. I spent more time with his PA than him. When I did see him he did not explain the actual injuries. I went to an ankle and foot specialist today who gave me a thorough description of my injury.
NOT recommended I went in to see this man the first week of June. After waiting for almost an hr. Felt it was important to ask some questions.POOR attitude. Did not hear from his office but did receive a letter from ins. co. on June 13 stating I was not "medically Necessary". They had asked the Dr. for more information but did not hear from him. Finally got a call from his office July 14 stating that my ins. had turned me down that they will put me on hold. Had procedure completed on July 11.
My experience with Dr Arthur was great!! He is very caring. I was very afraid of surgery but he was kind and patient answering every question fully. My fears were relieved. I never felt rushed and his staff was great too.
Dr. Arthur and his staff were very efficient and courteous during my pre and post operative appointments. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Arthur as an Orthopedic Surgeon. He exudes confidence and knowledge in his field of specialty. He is very willing to take time to explain procedures and answer questions. I would be very pleased to recommend his services to anyone that asked.
Dr. Arthur has performed 3 surgeries on me, two hip replacements, repaired a broken leg and hip replacement revision. He has my complete confidence - I will never consider an orthopedic surgery unless he performs it. His manner of patient care is superb. He is truly a caring surgeon.
I have had several of my family members and friends go to see Dr. Arthur. He has always been very professional and informative. Although he is busy and in demand he is very attentive and takes his time to answer all questions. He is an excellent surgeon and has a great personality. He has always made me feel confident in recommending him to my loved ones and the feedback I get from both my family and friends are nothing but positive.
Dr Arthur is not only a top notch surgeon but his bedside manner and ease with which he relates to his patients is second to none! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery and/or services.
Dr. Arthur did my surgery to repair rt torn meniscus on Dec. 2016. All is well and I'm able to do every thing I was doing before I hurt my knee;) Thank you!
I am one of those who fell into a crack in Obamacare - couldn't afford single insurance. I start on Medicare in May and broke my wrist in January. I, fortunately, was referred to Dr. Arthur. He's the BEST! He answered all my questions directly, compassionately, and honestly, and did everything he could to keep costs down. I had surgery five days after the accident and everything went just as he said it would. I'm well on the road to a full recovery and could not be happier.
