Dr. Popham takes the time to understand your needs. He does full adjustments or focused adj. And he advises on post treatment strategy. I've had past Chiro's whose "focused adj" on my shoulder were so painful they left me bruised & immobile for days. It's not like that here. He's helped me a lot!
Dr. Popham & Peggy are the best! I have been seeing Dr. Popham for many years and I wouldn't want to see any other chiropractor.
