I wish there was a no star option because that’s what I would give. Dr. Muller is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever met. My Mom was under his care and he never called her about her blood work. She had diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. She also had a heart condition in which she had a procedure done and even with that condition he never paid close attention to her health. Staff is very rude and give you attitude specially Gaby, doctors are somewhat ok but always super booked good luck getting an appt within a month. Beware they charge for every form and you have to come in person to get it. Not happy at all switched providers.
I would not go with this establishment. They only have appointments available a month out and its almost always with a PA not a actual doctor. I am so disappointed and getting a new doctor. They should stop taking new patients and actually take care of the ones they already have. They also replied to this saying the call lasted three seconds. I have the screenshoot of phone log and it was for one minute. I had a full conversation with receptionist and told her that I would be looking for another provider.
Never met the man. Had a PCP scheduled for over 8 weeks and got a call to move it another month. Staff was extremely rude setting the appointment and placed me on hold 15 mins once learning I was a new patient and was shocked I was still there. I need help. I have a medical condition that is worsening and can’t get in with my PCP. Absolutely abysmal performance I’m shocked they have as high a rating as 2.7.
I'm sorry to see such negative reviews. I moved out of state and I miss Dr. Muller. He always listened to me and helped in any way he could. Anthony Pinner on the other hand was a pompous ass. Thank you Dr. Muller for being an advocate for me.
