Dr. Robichaud is an awesome doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful including the doctor. 100% recommend.
Will not recommend my advice after seeing him seek a second opinion i have an ear issue where i hear my breathing when i breath through my nose and my mouth i hear it in my ear i get a email after being told my ct scan is good no further investigation will be needed when ct scan was for the bone behind my ear drum theres a tube also behind the ear drum leading to the throat that could be stuck open but no further investigation needed . Okay but that tube if stuck open can risk me going deaf . Never called me in to talk about... read more
Very disappointing experience. I came in with severe ear pain and a blocked ear, clearly needing help from a specialist to remove the blockage, yet I was turned away despite being in obvious discomfort. The front desk staff was extremely rude and lacked basic compassion and professionalism. I expected care and respect as a patient, but unfortunately the treatment I received was unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic.
I am beyond happy with my experience and results! Dr Robichaud's skill and attention to detail really show, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. The staff are fantastic - friendly, and professional, and always made me feel at ease. Such a positive experience from beginning to end.
