Dr. Jeff Ashley is one the BEST dermatologist. He is very knowledgeable. He takes time to explain things and doesn’t rush you. He cares about his patients very much. The front desk is very friendly. You can make an appointment within a week if you have some concerns. His assistant, Jared, is very kind and nice. Thank you Dr. Ashley for your service and thank that you have a such great assistant like Jared.
All the procedures Jeff has done have not reaped dividends for me. He pretends to know what he's talking about but I now realize through the results or lack thereof he doesn't.
The unprofessionalism and lack of transparency at this office is staggering. Go find someone else for your needs because they’ll have you sit for hours without tending to you, be very shady about prices and what’s required for even a freaking cancer related procedure. Absolutely unacceptable. The least you guys can do is tell the patient what they can expect from the procedure in its entirety instead of springing an additional step at the end as a separate additional cost. The doctor is very nice but the office completely fails in scheduling. Too many times I’ve been there and we were made to wait too long, twice now at least 30-45+ minutes. Today I left without even seeing the doctor because I could not wait until 4:30 or possibly/probably later for a 4PM appointment where I arrived seven minutes early and someone else arrived later and got in sooner than me.
